Depending on injection area, don't wear tight hats, etc. Do not sleep on face and try to sleep on your back for first 12 hours. Don't undergo laser therapy, micro-needling, or permanent makeup treatments within 2 weeks. Squinch your face as much as possible. Exercising injected muscles will ensure the Botox deposits fully and works itself into that muscle with better results. Use ice packs if sore.
